Many companies struggle with fostering productive culture of collaboration with their teams. This causes mistrust, a deficit of new ideas, and reduced business outcomes. I help my clients to create more equitable and productive workplaces and ignite the nascent leadership potential of employees at all levels.
When people disagree, they often become defensive and can’t hear one another. Leaders, hence, wish to master transformation of unpleasant conversations at the workplace. With greater understanding of the impact of emotions, choosing reactions, and feeling in control of their career, their transformation becomes visible.
